§        Establish training objectives by conducting needs analysis for relevant programs
§        Conduct training sessions and administer testing, such as New Employee Orientation and Teller Training
§        Provide training follow-up to ensure that employee post-training needs and questions are addressed
§        Review and update system documentation to ensure the most current policies, procedures, product features and training information is readily available to all staff.
§        Assist in administration of Learning Management System including scheduling upcoming events and posting training schedules on Intranet
§        Participate in project development with various levels of organization
