Job Description:
Our client, a top DC area Insurance agency with appx 50 million in premiums, is looking for a Sales Manager for their Mid-Atlantic region. Excellent motivational, mentoring and management skills with a specialty in recruiting and training. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. Managing a team of 15-20 reps, and nurturing a sales culture with all the autonomy and tools to get the job done right. Reports directly to the President.
Skills:
Prior/current Insurance Sales management experience is a must. Must be an expert in P&C sales mgmt, and well versed in benefit, Health/Life and warranty ins as well. 70% Travel required mainly between Baltimore and Richmond. Total footprint is Princeton, NJ to Charlotte, NC
