A successful candidate is required to have

Ø        Must be able to handle title files independently
Ø        Strong attention to detail
Ø        Sense of urgency / Ability to meet deadlines/ Multitasking
Ø        Ability to follow up
Ø        Excellent written, verbal, PR and interpersonal communications skills
Ø        PC skills  preferably with windows program
Ø        Loan Processing Knowledge is a plus
