The Secondary Marketing Mortgage Associate will report directly to the Secondary Marketing Manager. Primary role will be to assist the Secondary Marketing Manager with administrative tasks and reporting, as well as assist both the Secondary Marketing and Post-Closing departments with all functions related to the selling of loans in to the Secondary Market. In addition this individual will support the Community First Banks retail branches in regards to rate locks, pricing and questions.RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor the lock desk and maintain locked pipeline
* Execute weekly funding and projection reports
* Submit and complete written responses for monthly quality control audits
* Assist the Post-Closing department in the management of closed loan pipeline and the selling of loans to Investors
* Assist in the maintenance of the companys web-based pricing engine
* Assist in the maintenance of matrices and guidelines for products/programs
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel* Experience working with Investors and retail branches
* Must possess positive energy and professionalism
* Should be able to work independently
* 2-4 year college degree* Minimum of 2 years experience working for a mortgage corporation with knowledge of Secondary Marketing and Post-Closing functions
