Job Description:
Process FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae default loans. Puruse all means available to re-instate or liquidate delinquent borrowers, including: calling borrowers, negotiating short sales, processing partial cliams, nodifications, DILs and foreclosures, marketing properties, and filing claims with FHA, VA and private mortgage insurance companies.
Skills:
Result-oriented, quick/self learner, good communication skills, and effective in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Comments:
Individual must bring energy, set bold goals and overcome obstacles to reduce delinquency. Must be willing to push for results regarding of corproate structure or outside resistance.
