Loan Officers / Branch Managers Southern California
Looking for an opportunity to run your own office with lending authority? Our client, a Dallas TX based growing bank with over $2billion in annual volume, is seeking multi-talented, community minded individuals to become a part of their growing organization as they expand into Southern California. The company has both 'Net' branch and traditional retail branch models available.We are seeking experienced branch managers and loan officers who have developed a base of business by establishing and maintaining sound relationships with local Realtors and builders in the Southern California market.
QUALIFICATIONS (Branch Manager)
* Experience managing a branch staff (Sales & Operations)
* Existing relationships comprised of local realtors builders referrals.
* 3-5 years relevant experience managing mortgage banking based branch office with total closings exceeding $4million per month.
* Substantial knowledge of credit/lending functions and industry guidelines
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* Must be able to pass credit and background check
QUALIFICATIONS (Loan Officer)
* Minimum 2 years experience as a retail Mortgage Loan Originator in the Southern California area.
* Monthly closings should exceed $750K per month consistently. (Candidates should have production reports and/or W-2s available)
* Purchase volume should comprise more than 50% of monthly closings.
* Must be able to pass credit and background check
