Job Description:
" Oversees daily operations of the Accounting Department, including all Accounting, ACH, Item Processing, and Credit/Debit/ATM Card functions.
" Responsible for General Ledger reconciliation, analysis of financial accounts and preparation of journal entries and financials.
" Writes, changes, and implements policies in response to regulatory changes.
" Responsible for accurate and timely month- and year-end close for the general ledger.
" Works with auditors and examiners on audits.
" Works with Senior Management on asset/liability management
Skills:
Degree Required: BBA Accounting

Experience: 2-5 years of similar or related experience in a banking/credit union environment

Job Requirements:
" 2-5 years of similar or related experience in a banking/credit union environment.
" Strong Accounting knowledge
" Bachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting
" Strong knowledge of ACH, Item Processing, and Credit/Debit/ATM card functions
" Proficient in Basic Business Math
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
