Job Description:
North American Title Company is seeking a dynamic and proven sales leader to manage its sales organization in Northern California, including recruiting, hiring, training, measuring performance, motivating, and otherwise directing both inside and outside sales personnel in a manner consistent with Company's objectives. Under executive direction, works with the sales organization to identify market segments with the potential for revenue growth and assists in the preparation and successful implementation of sales strategies directed to those potential customers. Collaborates with the sales organization to develop new sales tools and formulate and implement sales and marketing plans. Conducts presentations and workshops on relevant subjects regionally, as assigned. Acts as a liaison between sales personnel, branch, division managers or other non-sales personnel. Manages the Customer Service Department located in Pleasanton, CA.
Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales leadership role within the title and escrow, mortgage, financial services, real estate or related service industry. Track record of building and leading successful sales teams as well as prior direct selling experience. Strong recruiting proficiencies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with very good public speaking skills. General business computing proficiencies. Bachelors degree in Business or Management preferred. Requires valid CA drivers license in good standing. Requires State of California Department of Insurance Certificate of Registration as a Title Marketing Representative; presently registered or may register with CA-DOI upon hire, subject to CA-DOI registration restrictions and requirements.
