Chase Abstract LLC., a reputable title insurance company located in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an experienced title insurance employee with the following qualifications

1. Experience with handling the closing desk which includes preparing Owner and Loan Policies, preparing title bills, scheduling closings etc.
2. Experience with breaking down files which includes disburing funds into the correct bank accounts

3. Experience with recordings in all counties in New York

4. Experience with Escrows

5.Experience with Remittance to the underwriters

6. Experience with general accounting for title companies
