We are actively seeking qualified Branch Managers who possess experience in the mortgage industry. Because of the demanding due diligence process and the intense training and setup that is required to bring a branch on with CFBLS, we are limited to about 2 new branches per month. Demand is very high. So, we only accept the very best.
Skills:
* Ability to manage a productive sales team of loan originators as well as the required processing support staff.
    * Experience with marketing for mortgage leads.
    * Flexibility to deal with changes in the market.
    * Financial strength to withstand ups and downs in market until volumes increase.


Comments:
* We will make use of your existing office, or you may re-locate.
    * We are seeking branches nationwide to diversify our pipeline
    * You must possess experience managing the origination of FHA and Conventional loans. Experience with VA, HECM, USDA is a plus.
