Because of the demanding due diligence process and the intense training and setup that is required to bring a branch on with CFBLS, we are limited to about 2 new branches per month. Demand is very high. So, we only accept the very best.
Skills:
* Ability to manage a productive sales team of loan originators as well as the required processing support staff.
    * Experience with marketing for mortgage leads.
    * Flexibility to deal with changes in the market.
    * Financial strength to withstand ups and downs in market until volumes increase.

* We will make use of your existing office, or you may re-locate.
    * We are seeking branches nationwide to diversify our pipeline
    * You must possess experience managing the origination of FHA and Conventional loans. Experience with VA, HECM, USDA is a plus.
