Branches may be an existing branch, or you may recruit a new one. All of this being said, we are selective in who we recruit. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, high-producer who has a robust network of clients and referral partners.

The minimum requirements to become a Loan Officer with UMAX Mortgage are:


- At least one year Full Time employment in mortgage origination

- All required State Licensing and bonding for your corresponding state

- Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry and your local Real Estate market

- Excellent sales and consulting skills

- Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and government lending guidelines

- PC literacy with Word, Excel, E-mail and the internet

- High School Diploma or GED
